I shall move on the next sitting day as follows,
Noting that, we are burdened with high unemployment, UIF claims and CCMA caseloads,
Further noting that, the extents which an employer, government being the largest, can delve in to prospective employees past conduct to assess employment suitability, placing practical dilemmas to the government,
This HON. House, calls on the HON. Premier to commission a report on gaps in the Employment Equity Act to Common Law provisions to improve performance and service delivery, whilst mindful that not all International Labour Organization recommendations are feasible in our current economic climate.
